School Development Plan
Our school development plan (SDP) is created with governors and the senior leadership team to decide the school priorities for the coming year. The main document looks at the areas of responsibility, measuring impact and associated spending, but this is the summary showing the focus areas for 2024-25. Every term, during the full governing body meetings, the full SDP document is shared with governors so they can see the progress that is being made and can ensure the school continues to grow and flourish.
